Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Strategic Football Soccer School To ensure consistency and fairness for all players and coaches, the following cancellation policy applies: Player Cancellations: If a player is unable to attend a scheduled training session for any reason (including illness, injury, or personal commitments), the session will still be charged in full. This is due to the planning, preparation, and limited spaces involved in each session. Coach Cancellations: If a session is cancelled by the coach (due to weather, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances), either: A replacement session will be arranged at a later date, or A refund/credit will be offered to those affected, depending on the situation. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a consistent and high-quality training environment for all players.
